Filtering/Sorting Options: This allows users to limit available options and sort them based on their values.
Viewing References Details: You can view references by workflows or automation when deleting fields and forms.
Subform Data Filling: Optimize subform data filling by clearing existing data to avoid invalid inputs.

Subform Data Filling streamlines frequent updates to subform data, such as purchase or sales orders, and improves data quality for better decision-making by enterprise managers and data analysts.

For example, in sales statistics, setting the Numerical Magnitude of the Sales Revenue field to Thousand/Million can provide a more intuitive and informative view of the data.
