Easily Embed Web Pages
Get ready for a game-changer in data management! The Embed Page component has officially landed in Dashboard.
This feature allows you to embed web pages directly into the dashboard, making it easier to view and manage information in one place. Simply drag and drop the component, input the URL, and start accessing data with ease.
Here are some application scenarios:
- Integrating Enterprise Internal Information: You can integrate data from different apps in Jodoo (CRM, ERP, MES, etc.) into one dashboard for easy access and management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Different departments can share the same dashboard for better collaboration and project management.
- Cross-Platform Data Integration: With the Embed Page component, you can embed data from other platforms like CRM, ERP, and MES into one dashboard for cross-platform data integration.
- Knowledge management: You can embed training-related documents and video links into the dashboard for easy access and management.
The Embed Page component is suitable for various enterprise roles, such as managers, project managers, and data analysts. It can be used to display and process data in management scenarios like production management, marketing management, and human resource management.
Enhancing Dashboard Insights
The Dashboard now allows for greater customization with Numerical Magnitude display settings. By selecting Data Display Format from the dropdown and ticking Numerical Magnitude in Settings, you can choose from a range of options including Thousand, Ten Thousand, Million, Hundred Million, or Billion to better suit your needs.
For example, in sales statistics, setting the Numerical Magnitude of the Sales Revenue field to Thousand/Million can provide a more intuitive and informative view of the data.
Whether it is financial data, project management, or budgeting, you can enhance your insights and make informed decisions with ease.
Streamline Your Data Processing
Say goodbye to duplicate data with the new Dedup data processing node in Data Stream! This powerful feature allows you to effortlessly remove redundant data from your forms and prevent repetitive calculations.
The Dedup node in Data Factory is particularly useful in managing employee attendance data, where employees may belong to multiple projects. By removing duplicates and ensuring one attendance record per sign-in/out, the Dedup node can help optimize your data processing and improve efficiency.
It can be applied to a variety of management situations, which are streamlining financial data, optimizing project management, and enhancing data analysis. With this new feature, managing your data has never been easier.
