Key Updates

Form Management

Supporting Jumping to the Corresponding Form Through the Data Access Link

In this update, a new close button has been added. In data sharing, notifications, comments, and other cases, if you click [×] when viewing a single record through a data access link, the system will be directed to the corresponding form. Take viewing data by clicking the link in the notification as an example, the effect is as follows:

Supporting Printing as Multiple Files in Batch Printing

When setting Print Templates, you can select Pagination Printing and click Print as multiple files. Then you can batch print records as multiple PDF files and download them in a package. This feature is applicable in scenarios where you need to provide separate files for individuals or organizations, such as printing student files for a school and printing purchase orders for a company. In those scenarios, the data needs to be printed in batches, while each record needs to be saved or sent as a PDF document, not necessarily printed on paper.

Data Analysis

Optimizing the Time Zone Rule of the DATE Function in Data Factory

Previously, in Data Factory, when you use the DATE (Timestamp) function to convert a timestamp to a date object, the converted date object is set to UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) by default, so the date returned by the Date function is eight hours slower than SGT (Singapore Time).

After this update, the DATE (Timestamp) function will directly convert the timestamp to SGT, which is consistent with the actual business requirements and does not require time zone conversion. Take DATE (360000000) as an example, the effect is as follows:

Function

Before (UTC)

Now (SGT)

DATE(360000000)

1970/01/01 10:00:00

1970/01/01 18:00:00

Organizational Management

Supporting Handing Over the Assigned Dept. of Members When Transferring Roles

Previously, during the handover of Roles, if the handover recipient is not involved in that role, the Assigned Dept. of the handover recipient will be empty after the handover and you need to manually set it. After this update, the Assigned Dept. of the handover recipient will be automatically set as that of the original member without manual adjustment, to further improve the efficiency of the handover. For details, see Assigned Dept.

For example, in the Finance Manager role, Linda is in charge of the Marketing department. After the role is handed over to Jane (not in the Finance Manager role before the handover), Jane will become a member of the Finance Manager role and be in charge of the Marketing department.
