Over the past two decades, the company has evolved significantly, expanding its portfolio beyond traditional telephony to offer comprehensive digital solutions. Today, Atlasat provides advanced collection applications, a big data solution known as Datawiz for skip tracing and eKYC, and AI-driven tools. Serving over 1,000 prominent companies, their primary clients are concentrated in the banking, multi-finance, fintech, and insurance sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"the-challenge-paper-based-processes-limited-a-growing-tech-provider\"><\/span>The Challenge: Paper-Based Processes Limited a Growing Tech Provider<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atlasat has built its reputation on delivering cutting-edge telecommunications and data solutions to its clients. Internally, however, some daily workflows still relied on paper forms and scattered message updates. For example, the IT team&#8217;s overtime applications and reimbursement requests required employees to fill out physical paper forms. These forms then had to be physically handed to supervisors for a manual signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This manual chaos led to three major problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Time-Consuming Approvals<\/strong>: Core processes like IT overtime requests and expense reimbursements were entirely paper-based. Employees had to fill out physical forms and track down managers for handwritten signatures. The physical routing of paper forms caused significant delays. With over 100 overtime applications processed monthly, the sheer volume of paperwork became a massive administrative burden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inefficient Tracking and Reporting<\/strong>: For employees working from home (WFH) or visiting client sites, reporting was done informally via WhatsApp groups. Supervisors and the HR department had to manually sift through chat histories to collect data, compile reports, and calculate overtime hours. This process was not only labor-intensive but also highly prone to errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lack of Real-Time Visibility<\/strong>: Management, including the Sales Director, lacked a centralized system to monitor team activities. They had to constantly ask for progress updates, which disrupted workflow and reduced overall productivity.<br><br>Atlasat knew they needed a digital solution to monitor daily operations efficiently. They initially evaluated other platforms, including Lark and Microsoft Office 365. However, they found Lark to be too heavy and slow to load, especially on mobile devices. Jodoo offered the perfect balance: it was much lighter and faster than Lark, and significantly more straightforward for configuring workflows compared to Microsoft. Overtime requests, which previously required physical signatures and manual tallying at the end of the month, are now handled via automated workflows. Once an employee finishes a late-night task, they log their hours and specific work details digitally. This triggers an instant notification for supervisor approval.
