Does the spreadsheet update inventory automatically after a sale?
No. It does not connect to POS, ecommerce or purchasing. A person must update the quantities. If sales or receipts need to change stock automatically, use an inventory system with a verified integration and reconciliation process.
Can several stores use one workbook?
The Store column supports several locations, but a shared workbook does not provide the same permissions, workflow and event history as connected records. Use it to test the fields and controls before choosing the operating system.
