NATIVE JODOO AI

AI Quick Filling for Jodoo forms

AI Quick Filling is for the moment after a Jodoo form exists: a member opens a form, uses AI to help fill supported fields, reviews the result, and submits the record into the normal Jodoo workflow.

CAPABILITIES

Where AI Quick Filling helps

Use this path when the business form is already defined and the main job is to reduce repeated writing, summarize source context, or help people complete structured entries faster.

  • Fill supported form fields faster

Help members draft field values inside an existing Jodoo form while the final submission still follows the form rules and permissions.

  • Keep users inside the form workflow

The user still reviews the generated content before submitting, so AI assistance does not replace ownership of the record.

  • Pair with request and inspection forms

Use it for internal request, intake, inspection, checklist, and operating forms where field completion is repetitive or context-heavy.

WORKFLOW PATH

How the quick filling path works

This is not an app generator. It starts from an existing form and helps the person filling that form complete supported fields more efficiently.

  1. Prepare the Jodoo form

Create the form fields, required evidence, status rules, and submission flow first, either from a template or a form builder path.

  2. Enable AI where it fits

Use AI assistance on supported fields where the input can be generated from the user context, notes, or nearby information.

  3. Review before submitting

The member checks the AI-filled values, edits anything that is incomplete or inaccurate, then submits the form as a normal Jodoo record.

  4. Continue the Jodoo workflow

After submission, Jodoo handles owner queues, approvals, dashboards, reminders, and follow-up views like any other business record.

GUARDRAILS

Important product limits to set expectations

AI Quick Filling is useful, but it should be presented as controlled form assistance rather than unlimited automation.

Permission and form scope still apply

Users need fill permission. External forms are not supported, and workflow forms only support fields editable at the Start node.

Form and field limits apply

The current product limits include up to 100 enabled forms per organization and up to 30 AI-enabled fields per form.

Daily and entry length limits apply

The current product limits include 50 AI quick filling submissions per user per day and 900 characters per entry.

FAQ

Common questions

Answers about using agent platforms with Jodoo records, workflows, and app templates.

Is AI Quick Filling the same as an AI form builder?

No. AI Quick Filling helps users fill supported fields in an existing form. An AI form builder is about creating the form, fields, workflow, views, and follow-up structure.

Can AI Quick Filling submit a form without user review?

It should be treated as assisted filling. The user reviews and edits the AI-filled values before submitting the form into the normal Jodoo workflow.

Does AI Quick Filling work with external forms?

No. Current product guidance says external forms are not supported, and users still need the right fill permission in the Jodoo workspace.

When should a team use ChatGPT integration instead?

Use ChatGPT integration when the workflow needs an AI action after intake, such as summarizing a submission, classifying it, extracting document data, translating content, or generating a draft response.
