Define requirements by role
The matrix should make clear which roles need which training, certificate, acknowledgement, or competency proof.
- Role, department, site, required training, certificate type, and requirement owner.
- Required-by date, renewal cycle, prerequisite, and risk level.
- Employee assignment, manager, status, and exemption or not-applicable reason.
- Link to the onboarding task, SOP, policy, safety requirement, or customer requirement behind the training.
